About Our Jewelry
Our materials are sourced from a variety of companies. Our goal is to aquire materials from ethical and eco-friendly sources. Every year we strive to improve.
Yes. Get in touch by sending an email to Cheryl@neqromance.com with your request for a custom piece with as much detail as possible. A return email confirming the request with any additional questions will be sent within 24 to 48 hours. From there a quote will be furnished for the finished piece with a proposed timeline.
We offer sizes from 16" to 20" for necklaces and 6" to 8" for bracelets. Necklaces come with a 2" extension chain unless otherwise specified. Chokers are custom and can be requested for most necklace designs by sending an email with your exact neck measurement to cheryl@neqromance.com.
Each piece is uniquely created for our customers with quality materials in low quantities. All jewelry is handmade by the artist in the USA.
The gemstones used are real semi-precious gemstones. We use Ethiopian white metal, brass, copper, stainless steel and silver or gold-plated brass, copper and stainless steel.
Orders & Shipping
Order processing times vary depending on the product and location. Typically, it takes 1-2 business days to process an order before it is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

At this time we do not offer international shipping.
Total transit time can depend on a few factors including the shipping method you choose at check out. Typically, orders do not take longer than 3-7 days to deliver from the time that they are placed. More detailed estimates are listed on the checkout page.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey. You can click the tracking link at any time to see the most up-to-date delivery status.
If you created an account during checkout, you can also log in to your customer portal to view your order history and tracking information.

We begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make a change or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of both the damaged item and packaging. We ask that you inspect your items upon delivery so we can address any issues right away.

Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy allows returns within 14 days, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Some exclusions may apply.

Care Instructions & Materials
Metal jewelry or jewelry that has metal in it should not be submerged. If it gets wet take a soft cloth and dry it thoroughly. A polishing cloth can be used to remove any oxidation that may occur. Do not use any chemicals or polishing solutions.
Glass jewelry should not be submerged and if it gets wet dried with a soft cloth. A polishing cloth can be used to return the sparkle. Be gentle on irridescent or coated glass. Do not use any chemicals or polishing solutions.
Some semi-precious gems and stone will change color slightly or the shine may be dulled by water and any chemical. This change can significantly change the appearance of your jewelry.
Paper beads can't be submerged. If they get wet dry them off gently by dabbing with a soft cloth. Do not use any type of cleaner or chemical on paper beads.
Do not shower or swim with any of the jewelry. Long exposure to water can change stones, corrode metal, cause paper beads to deteriorate and effect the surface treatments of glass over time.
Store your pieces in a dry, cool place where they aren't exposed to direct sun on a daily basis. If you can put individual pieces in protective cloth bags that will keep the jewelry from getting scratched.
