Returns

 

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not charge restocking fees.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, please email support@neqromance.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Final Sale Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.

 



Exchanges

 

We do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you would like a different piece, the quickest option is to return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

 



Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@neqromance.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review promptly and work to resolve the issue.

 



Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
