Processing Time

 

All jewelry is handmade.

  • Orders are prepared and shipped out within 1–2 business days

  • This processing time does not include shipping transit time

  • During holidays or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.

Address Accuracy

 

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Orders returned due to address issues may be reshipped at the customer’s expense

 



Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

 

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
